Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our water and soil test kits contain single-use, sample-collection materials that cannot be restocked or resold once shipped. For that reason, Nova EnviroLabs does not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Kits

We stand behind every kit we send. If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing any components, we will make it right with a free replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at innovation@testnovalabs.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful). We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at innovation@testnovalabs.com. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
